Professor Salar
Message of the Founder
Professor Salar holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the International University of Pune, India. His academic career includes serving as a Professor of Social Sciences at Herat University, one of Afghanistan’s most respected higher education institutions. His scholarly excellence earned him the DAAD doctoral scholarship from Germany, under which he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Political Science.
His teaching and academic focus span a range of disciplines, including political science, social theory, civic education, English, computer literacy, public speaking, and life skills. Throughout his career, he has authored and published several research papers and academic articles on sociopolitical issues, youth development, and education in Afghanistan.
In response to the growing educational restrictions—particularly the Taliban’s ban on girls’ education—Professor Salar took decisive action by establishing a series of independent, online-based educational institutions.
